There are hundreds of these parades held around the world every year, and they are the perfect place to wear your Christmas sweater. And because these events are generally pet friendly, you can also bring along your dog in their matching Christmas sweater.

The Macey's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City  is the largest parade in the world, and it concludes with the arrival of Santa Claus. 

The Toronto Santa Claus parade, which was started in 1905 by the Eaton's Department Store, is the largest Christmas parade in Canada.
